Hollandse Energie Maatschappij Acquires Bankrupt Allure Energie Clients | Financial issues

600 Allure customers, mostly from Groningen and Drenthe, will be transferred on November 29. According to HEM Director Marco van Katwijk, the acquisition of the customer base involves a payment of €20,160. Like Allure, HEM is a small player in the energy market. According to Van Katwijk, after the acquisition, HEM will have a total of about 4,600 customers.

Allure customers will be notified this week of HEM pricing. They will initially be given a contract with a thirty-day notice period, which is a legal obligation after the acquisition.

says director Van Katwik, who held a management position for a few months in 2018 at Flexenergie, which went bankrupt that same year. “I already worked there in the final stage,” he asserts. We know investor Ouail Naamar as the man behind Global Marketing Bridge, an energy brokerage with Rapper Boef to whom the Radar TV show aired earlier this year in connection with several complaints about the call center.

HEM offers new customers a six-month contract after the first month. In terms of price, this contract is the average cost of three winter months and three spring months cheaper.

Van Katwick: “We want to make the transition as easy as possible with a six-month contract. Hopefully in six months the market will calm down a bit and we can offer competitive pricing to customers.”
