Apple renews its iPad mini. The small tablet got a new design with thinner screen edges and as a result the screen diagonal grows to 8.3 inches. Just like the iPad Air and iPad Pro, the new mini gets USB-C connectivity. The regular iPad is also getting an update.

There are 12MP cameras on the front and back. The rear camera has an f/1.8 lens and can shoot 4K resolution. The front camera has a 122-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and gets Center Stage functionality for iPad Pro.

The new iPad mini will get Wi-Fi 6 and there will also be versions with 5G connectivity. Apple releases the iPad mini in four different colors, with a starting price of 559 euros. The tablet comes with a 20W charger and will be available from September 24th.

New iPad 10.2 inch with A13 Bionic soc and 12MP front camera
