Xiaomi unveils a phone with four 50-megapixel cameras

the Xiaomi 13 Ultra It will be released in China this month, but it will be released in other countries later. The Chinese manufacturer has already presented three more models of Xiaomi 13 in the Netherlands at the end of February. The new Ultra model should rely on four cameras on the back, each offering 50 megapixels.

The 13 Ultra has a main camera with a 1-inch sensor and, unlike the 13 Pro, has a variable aperture. In addition, the device has a 120mm telephoto lens, a second 70mm telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide angle lens.

For cameras, Xiaomi is once again working with camera manufacturer Leica. There is also a 32MP front camera.

Bright screen

The 13 Ultra’s 6.73-inch 120Hz OLED display has a resolution of 3200 x 1440 and a remarkably high peak brightness: 2600 nits. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which is also found in many high-end devices from competitors.

The device has up to 1 TB of storage and up to 16 GB of RAM. The 5000 mAh battery can be charged wired at 90W and wireless charging at 50W. The back is equipped with nanotechnology silicone skin.

The 13 Ultra appears in white, black, and green. Xiaomi 13 Pro had a suggested retail price of 1299 euros in our country and the Ultra would be much more expensive. How much exactly is not clear, because the Dutch price is not yet known.
