The Green Bay Packers and the New York Jets are scheduled to meet at the Lambeau this evening, as we continue to work through week two of the 2021 NFL preparatory season. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, nor Jordan Love, who has sustained a knee injury, are not expected to play. Shoulder in a 26-7 loss to the Houston Texans last week. While the MRI showed no major damage, it will be Kurt Pinkert and Jake Doligalla who will be calling the shots this evening.

The Packers quarterback isn’t going to top this game, but we should get our first comprehensive look at second place overall, Zach Wilson. He completed only 6 of 9 passes for 63 yards last week in the 12-7 win against the New York Giants, but played only a few times. We’ll see what he can do against Green Bay’s defense. Another story to keep in mind concerns the emergence of the Jets, as Ty Johnson, Michael Carter, La’Mical Perine, and others compete for demand for the depth chart.
