New Orleans Saints RP Alvin Camara (rib) Doubtful vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Metairie, Los Angeles – New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Camara It’s officially doubtful to play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

Camara left last week’s match against the Falcons due to a rib injury. Saints coach Denis Allen said Monday that he believes Camara “will be fine” and that Camara was able to train to a limited extent on Wednesday.

Camara’s score was lowered to non-participant in practice on Thursday and Friday. He was present during the extended portion of practice on Thursday but then left and was not seen in the open portion of practice on Friday.

Allen said Camara did not suffer a setback on Wednesday but did not go into details of the full-back’s match status.

Kamara’s backup, Mark Ingram, is also questionable to play with an ankle problem but has been able to participate in training all week. As the saints have recently fallen, Latvius Murray for the training team. Murray was with the Saints during the 2019-20 seasons.

Saints quarterback James Winston Also suspected of a back injury he sustained against a hawk. Winston briefly went into the injury tent but played the entire match and trained all week on a limited basis.

Winston, who tore his ACL less than a year ago, said Wednesday that he is “healthy and ready to rock” ahead of the game against his former team.
