Harley Davidson rode Johnny Depp in the movie Cry dear From 1990 is offered for sale by US auction site GWS Auctions, entertainment site reports TMZ†
The opening bid for the motorcycle was set at 250 thousand dollars, which is about 238 thousand euros. According to the auction house, the Harley was used during filming and filming, in both Maryland and Hollywood. The bike has been changed several times over the years and is currently on display in a museum in Branson, Missouri.
Another auction item is a mandolin by American singer Janis Joplin, which she once donated to guitar legend Jimi Hendrix. The machine is hand drawn with flowers written on iti love the neighbours’ and “Jimmy”. The auction house reports that the mandolin has been part of a private collection for twenty years and is being put on the market for the first time. They estimate that this item will also sell for $250,000.
