There are some scenarios where you break the law. Think of photos taken of children, taken in restrooms or under women’s skirts. These types of shots can result in a penalty for the setter.
The most important rule: the safety of people must not be compromised when taking a photo. If we can believe Harry and Meghan, this was the case. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that they will continue to go to court.
Many other celebrities have succeeded in doing this before. For example, George Clooney, Jennifer Aniston, and Adele, among others, were all proven right by a judge when they sued over illegally taken photos.
