Ben Simmons is all too ready to leave Philadelphia, as evidenced by his agent who asked for a deal over the summer, didn’t show up to Sixers training camp, didn’t participate in practice, and listed his Center City apartment for sale.

Now Simmons is also trying to sell his main residence, his spacious home in Moorestown.

The home hit real estate site Zillow late Tuesday night, just hours after Simmons was kicked out of Sixers training by head coach Doc Rivers for refusing to participate in a training.

This New Jersey home comes with a lot more: a gated entryway, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a chef-appointed kitchen, a basement game room and entertaining space, and more.

It’s basically a mansion designed by an 18-year-old who subscribes to the Architectural Digest YouTube channel and spends all his time playing Call of Duty.
