The cheapest device from the Samsung Galaxy S22 series will cost 849 euros. This is the opinion of expert Roland Quandt. He also posted prices for other devices in a tweet today. The most expensive example is 1,449 euros.

Samsung Galaxy S22 prices

Samsung is planning to announce its new devices at the beginning of February and a lot has already been leaked about it. We didn’t know the prices yet, but if Roland Quandt is right, and they often are, this is the price to look for if you want to buy a brand new Samsung:

• Samsung Galaxy S22 (8 GB RAM / 128 GB Storage): 849 €
• Samsung Galaxy S22 (8GB RAM / 256GB Storage): €899
• Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus (8GB RAM / 128GB Storage): €1049
• Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus (8GB RAM / 256GB Storage): €1099

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

In short, these devices cost the same as their predecessor when they were announced. Additionally, there are three Ultra variants that also cost the same as the Ultras that debuted with the Samsung Galaxy S21 last year:

• Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (8GB RAM / 128GB Storage): €1249
• Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (12GB/256GB storage): €1349
• Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (12GB / 512GB storage): €1,449

No matter how much the leak is, one of the big questions is what chips these smartphones come with. Is it a Qualcomm Snapdragon, as is often the case in the US, or can we rely on the Snapdragon just announced in Europe? Exynos 2200 . processor? We think the latter, but we won’t know for sure until Samsung officially announces it, as well as the pricing.

Announcing new devices

The Korean tech company is said to be planning to present the devices on February 9 at 4pm our time, although there are also sources talking about a Samsung Unpacked event on February 8, after which it will appear on February 25.
