Previously Randstad provided personnel for the Auxiliary Forces Alliance.
“The (former) directors of the foundation repeatedly reported in the media that they were acting on a non-profit basis. However, it later turned out that in addition to the foundation, (former) directors also created a private company that was used to buy and sell face masks.”
On Monday, it also appeared that prosecutors had been conducting independent investigations into the Auxiliary Forces facility for some time, long before Randstad submitted a report. This is an investigation under the Civil Code of the Board of Directors and the Articles of Association of the Auxiliary Forces Foundation.
According to the relevant prosecutor, Otto van der Bell, this civil investigation of the Van Lienden Foundation is under the supervision of legal entities, and is in the hands of a functional prosecutor’s office. Van der Bijl previously said a similar case was investigated by Viruswaarheid. Written by William Engel.
According to the Public Prosecution, the civil investigation into the Auxiliary Forces Foundation is still ongoing, and has not yet led to conclusions, and the institution is cooperating fully. The civil investigation is separate from the criminal investigation and is conducted by a different team.
