OM begins criminal investigation into founding of Sywert van Lienden |  the interior

Previously Randstad provided personnel for the Auxiliary Forces Alliance.

On Monday, it also appeared that prosecutors had been conducting independent investigations into the Auxiliary Forces facility for some time, long before Randstad submitted a report. This is an investigation under the Civil Code of the Board of Directors and the Articles of Association of the Auxiliary Forces Foundation.

According to the relevant prosecutor, Otto van der Bell, this civil investigation of the Van Lienden Foundation is under the supervision of legal entities, and is in the hands of a functional prosecutor’s office.
