No more Xbox 360 titles for Xbox games with Gold from October – Games – News

Microsoft has announced that no new Xbox 360 games will be added to Games Gold as of October 1. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold subscribers can still claim Xbox 360 games through Games with Gold until October 1.

The first subscribers received an email from Microsoft with the announcement, which is realized by The Verge. The tech giant writes that subscribers to the aforementioned subscriptions can still add Xbox 360 games to their library until October 1, but no more Xbox 360 titles will be added after that.

Each month, Microsoft selects a number of games that can be downloaded and played at no additional cost by Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold subscribers. It is based on the library of games that previously appeared for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

According to Microsoft, the Xbox 360 game source is running out of games that can still be added to the Gold Catalog games list. That’s why Microsoft says it can’t continue adding titles from Xbox 360. Games already claimed by subscribers before October 1 will still be available. Microsoft will continue to add Xbox One games to Games with Gold for now.
