Johan Dirksen has a chance to win an award while presenting the Internet Radio Awards later this month. Dirksen has been nominated for Best Announced Announcer today.
Besides being nominated for himself, the radio station Arrow Bluesbox Radio for which Dirksen is presenting also has a chance to win an Internet Radio Award for Best Internet Radio Station. Dirksen Special Grolo The radio fell outside the top five of the nominees, according to media platform Laatbuis.nl, which participated in the launch of the awards ceremony.
Besides Dirksen, Roderick Velo (TPOdcast), Wierd Duk (land and doc), Team Up Heat Brock (kink) and Mayoni Oosterhoff (Radio HalokidsNominated for Best Presenter. Arrow Classic Rock, KINK, Hallokids Radio and JINX Radio also have a chance to win the award for Best Internet Radio Station.

The jury, made up of radio makers Eric de Zwart, Domaine Verschorn and Vincent Bigelow, among others, ultimately selects a winner from among the nominees. Awards will be presented during the ceremony on May 19 at Sound and Vision in Hilversum. De Zwart also offers an award show.
