Recently, a number of journalists, photographers, and activists were arrested for covering the protests that erupted after the death of Mohasa Amini. Amini recently died in a police station after being arrested by the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice. The 22-year-old Iranian Kurdish woman is said to have not covered her head properly. Police said her death was due to heart problems. Her family says she has been in good health and has no heart problems.
