The Texas prosecutor who turned an abortion into a murder case will stand trial for himself

This is a case that happened about 2 years ago. In April 2022, a 26-year-old woman in Texas was informed that she had been charged with murder. According to authorities, she had a “self-induced abortion” because of her conscience.

Forbidden, but not murder
