Skyrim mod Skyblivion with a fan will appear no earlier than 2025. The makers claim that. The mod, which adds the world and story of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to Skyrim, will get a new trailer with gameplay footage.

The Skyblivion volunteer team is asking for additional help from the fans. With that extra help, they say they could “maybe exceed their own estimates for 2025.”

In Skyblivion, the entirety of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has been recreated in the Skyrim engine, the latest single-player RPG in the franchise. Skyblivion has been in development since 2012. The TESRenewal team claimed back in 2017 that a beta or full version would be ready in 2018, Eurogamer also writes. In 2019, the team stated that the mod was in its final stages of development.

Skyblivion is part of TESRenewal Volunteer Project, which remakes old The Elder Scrolls games with newer engines. Under the same initiative, a separate team is also working on Skywind, a mod that will bring The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind to Skyrim.
