Spotify has begun testing concert tickets in the US. The streaming service has quietly set up a website where you can buy tickets for a handful of shows right now.
A spokesperson told tech news site TechCrunch that the Swedish company has little to say about the trial at this time, other than that it continues to try new products and ideas. So it is not clear whether this sale will be tested in other countries as well.
The news comes shortly after Ticketmaster in the US announced a partnership with TikTok. Users will soon be able to buy concert tickets directly through the popular social media app.
