RoyalAirForce does not want 'useless white pilots'

So, you dare to be a former state

In an email correspondence held by Sky News, presented as evidence in an internal RAF investigation, between “Squadron leader in the recruiting force for sergeant, with another officer alsoJanuary 2021 shows how strongly the pressures of diversity have been stepped up for the RAF. Sky News decided to publish the names of those affected.Centralized managementUnknown, but of course it shows again to what extent Western administrative diffusion asserts itself.

Email reads:

I would be grateful if you could provide me with details of the candidates awaiting boarding, by Br [branch – the type of profession, such as pilot, engineer or chef] and bame [black, Asian and minority ethnic]/feminine. You pointed out that the boards were mostly heavyweight white males, if we don’t have enough BAME and females to go up, we need to make a decision to pause the boarding and look for more BAME and females from the RF [recruitment force]. I really don’t need to see so many useless white pilotsLatvia [sic] Get [sic] Focusing as much as possible, I am more than happy to reduce boarding if needed to get a balanced BAME/female/male board. “

An RAF spokesperson has now reported that 31 white pilots were held back by diversity policies during their training process. A witness reported thatHe was barred from starting an online RAF course because he was a white man, so he missed out on receiving a £5,000 golden welcome. It also meant that he was paid later and was unable to advance as quickly as his female and minority ethnic counterparts.

After two months of emails about “White pilots are uselessThe RAF proudly announces that it has met its diversity targets of 20% women and 10% ethnic minorities. And of course this text reads like a brain-bleeding buzzword:

RAF Recruitment and Selection – in collaboration with key stakeholders – works extremely hard to make the RAF an organization that is more diverse and better reflective of the community it serves. Through targeted interventions, within an affirmative action legal framework, across the field of attraction, recruitment and selection, a wide range of stakeholders, including BAME and Gender Networksto identify barriers to BAME and female recruitment.

Many useless white pilots after the break.

And two months later I’m proud of this press release

“White pilots are useless.”

“White pilots are useless.”

“White pilots are useless.”

“White pilots are useless.”

A real useless white pilot
