Royal of the Month – Princess Madeleine: Her Style

Royal of the Month - Princess Madeleine: Her Style

In the new series “Royal of the Month” we put the clothing style of a member of the (foreign) family in the spotlight. A blog is followed every week, so at the end of the month we can see exactly what’s in his wardrobe. This time it is the turn of Princess Madeleine of Sweden.

Let’s start from the beginning. In her younger years, Princess Madeleine was a fashionable and beautiful woman with light blond hair and brown skin. She looked a completely different woman than she does now. On formal occasions she wore somewhat more rigid suits.

Her appearance today is more mature. Her skin is more natural and her hair is dark blond. You can see that she follows the latest trends, and chooses stylish options.

In terms of color, Princess Madeleine often chooses softer colors.

In the Swedish court, they attach great importance to the ideal. Photo shots often show an imaginary family and the effect of clothing at public events is also well thought out. In addition to being elegant and regal, Madeleine’s style is also sweet and folkloric. You might say the type of flower girl.

And check out her romantic wedding dress from Valentino! Madeleine herself later said in the documentary Kungliga brudklänningar, that she was already wearing her wedding dress, but it turned out to be too big. She may have lost weight at the last minute. While she was already wearing the dress, it was instantly made narrower. Perhaps this is the reason why the lace sleeve continues to fall. What do you think of her wedding dress?

By the way, Princess Madeleine chose not only the Valentino dress on her wedding day. Madeleine is a friend of Valentino Garavani himself and regularly wears some clothes from his house. In her words, Madeleine also felt that it was very normal for him to be The master of fashion himself She will design her wedding dress.
