Israel-Hamas warAn employee of the French Foreign Ministry was killed on Wednesday in an Israeli airstrike in the Gaza Strip. The Ministry informed this on Saturday evening. The French government ‘condemns’ the incident and demands that the circumstances be clarified ‘as quickly as possible’. The WHO said al-Shifa hospital in northern Gaza should “urgently resume at least its basic functions”. Currently, only Al-Ahli Hospital is still partially functioning in northern Gaza, with an additional three smaller hospitals functioning less. Before the war there were 24 hospitals in the area.
