Lenovo has announced a new line of IdeaPad gaming laptops. The IdeaPad Gaming 3i gets the most from a 12th generation Intel i7 and RTX 3060 GPU. IdeaPad Gaming 3 is the AMD variant with up to Ryzen 7 6800H and RTX 3050.
Both the AMD and Intel variants of the gaming laptops have two versions, the 15.6-inch and 16-inch version with 16:9 and 16:10 ratios, respectively. Both Intel variants under the IdeaPad Gaming 3i feature a qhd display with a refresh rate of 165Hz. Lenovo in a press release† In terms of memory, there’s up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM at 3200MHz and a 1TB M.2 SSD.
Variants with an AMD CPU have an identical appearance. Also corresponds to the maximum storage space. Unlike the Intel variants, the 15.6-inch IdeaPad Gaming 3 has an FHD screen, while the 16-inch version has the same 16:10 QHD screen. Moreover, for AMD versions, Lenovo supports 32GB DDR5 RAM at 4800MHz.
Lenovo will release 16-inch variants of the IdeaPad Gaming 3 and 3i for at least $1,100, Intel CPU laptops will be released in June, while AMD versions will hit stores in July. The 15.6-inch variants of the IdeaPad Gaming 3 and 3i are available on the market for 1,000 euros. The Intel CPU version will be available in May, while the IdeaPad Gaming 3 laptops with AMD processors will be available in June.
