French startup OFF Global has announced two Nokia laptops. They will be released in France in October and will be released later in other countries. Like HMD Global, OFF licenses the Nokia brand name.
It’s not about the first laptops OFF Global made for Nokia, and PureBook Pro From. The new PureBook is called Fold and has an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 processor with 8GB of lpddr4x memory and 128GB eMMC storage.
The laptop has a 14.1-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. It is a touch screen. The laptop has a hinge that makes it possible to flip it over and use it as a tablet in tent mode, something that has been universally dubbed OFF after a 38W battery and a fingerprint scanner for Windows Hello. The laptop is 18.6mm thick and weighs 1.6kg.
The PureBook Lite can’t bend to use as a tablet, but other than that it has roughly the same specs. On the other hand, the screen is not a touch screen and is a bit thinner and lighter at 17.7mm and 1.47kg. The Fold will be released in October for 550 euros, the Lite should produce 450 euros.
