Recover deleted photos from your iPhone
Fortunately, Apple has already built a security feature into the iPhone. Apple always keeps deleted photos and videos on iPhone for 30 days. A smart feature because this is a mistake that can happen to all of us.
To do this, you have to go to Albums in the Photos app on your iPhone. There you scroll all the way down and you’ll see “Recently Deleted.” If you click this, you must first use Face ID or a code to enter. Once there, you will see the photos you have deleted in the last thirty days. In this folder, you can also choose to permanently delete a photo or video.
Of course, it is best to back up your photos regularly. This is useful, for example, if you lose your phone or suffer serious damage. This is possible, of course, via iCloud on your iPhone, but also with apps like Google Photos.
Recover photos on Android
Google Photos is used in many Android phones. This app has a similar function. Google also stores photos for 30 or 60 days, depending on whether you store them in the cloud or not. This is also possible on your iPhone.
On your Android or iPhone, go to the Google Photo app and then Library. There you will find a trash can. Here are your deleted photos.
