ASUS introduced the Rog Phone 5s and 5s Pro. These are gaming phones that have the Snapdragon 888 Plus soc, as opposed to the regular 888 in the ROG Phone 5. In addition, the lag with touch input has been reduced a bit more.

The soc goes from Snapdragon 888 to 888 Plus. It is in some areas Slightly faster. Cortex X1 core can run at 888 up to 2.84GHz and comes in Plus version up to 3GHz. The soc part responsible for machine learning tasks also has slightly more computing power in the Plus variant.
ASUS only releases the regular edition and the Pro variant, but there will be no successor to Ultimate. However, the Pro now comes with 18 GB of memory and 512 GB of storage, something that is customized with the ROG Phone 5 for the Ultimate Edition.
ASUS introduced the ROG Phone 5 Half a year ago. Like the current versions, the new ones have a 6000mAh battery that can be charged with a 65W cord. It is still unknown when the ROG Phone 5s and 5s Pro will be released and what the different configurations will cost. The new variants will replace the current ROG Phone 5 when stores are out of stock.
