ACM fines Apple millions more for ‘unreasonable’ requests on dating apps – IT Pro – News

I sincerely hope that ACM will do something about so-called dating agencies.
My widowed father lost more than 1,000 euros (it was an investment of 2,000 euros) because he was looking for a new partner after a long hesitation.
(He felt he was cheating on my mother, when he just wanted to get on with his life alone)

After months of not a single match and after a long email, we were finally able to process their “guarantee” and get a half refund.

And although it’s actually a wrong service because they didn’t find a match, so you should be able to get a full refund.

So far my personal experience and I’ll come back to the topic:

As far as I’m concerned, there are a lot of vulnerable people out there who are looking for love over and over again.
These apps should simply be available for free and without any costs.
Advertising (like a banner or a video, for example) is fine, but stay away from those vulnerable people.
But I also know from the marketing world that the most income can be made with this group and as long as this is allowed, I don’t blame them either. †

However, I insist that this is a group that needs protection.
