HandBrake version 1.8.2 has been released. Available for Windows, Linux, and macOS, this open-source software can convert footage to files including h.264, h265, or mpeg4 image formats and aac, ac3, mp3, or Ogg Vorbis audio formats. There are presets available for popular devices, such as iPad, Apple TV, or Android tablet, and things like chapter splitting and subtitles can also be taken into account. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:
