Dutch couple Matthias and Quinn moved to Belgium because of their work. They never felt at home there, and now that they have another job, they want to return to the Netherlands. The guys enlist the help of the Buy Without Looking team to find the home of their dreams.
“The hour is up and we don’t really know anything.”
Men have been looking for a home in the Netherlands for a long time, but the tight housing market makes it difficult for them to find a suitable home. With a budget of €420,000, they are looking for a spacious family home with at least three bedrooms and a home office. “You actually don’t have such crazy demands at all,” concludes real estate agent Alex Van Keulen.
This bodes well for Matthias and Quinn, but in the end it turns out to be difficult for Alex to find a home. Although the franchise clocks in at seventy days, time is ticking and Alex has been unable to find a home. At least that’s what the couple thinks.
What Matthias and Quinn don’t know is that Alex found a home just in time. Martijn Krabbé comes to deliver the good news and when they see the house for the first time they are thrilled. “This was the house that was in our top two.”
The guys really like the house, but they think it’s old. “Not to our taste, but nice.” Fortunately, Bob Sikes and Ross Redijk are ready to turn the house into a dream home.
After months of waiting, Mathias and Quinn can finally enjoy their new dream home. They are eagerly preparing for the big moment. Once masters enter their home, a weight is lifted off their shoulders. “That’s really what we wanted.”
The guys are thrilled with their new home and can only say one word: “Awesome.” Mathis and Quinn are relieved and touched. “Fantastically beautiful. I really think the house is beautiful,” Quinn says. Mathis and Quinn are happy to be back in the Netherlands and finally able to leave Belgium. “It was nice.”
