OnLeaks has published renders of the upcoming Google Pixel Watch 3 XL smartwatch. The watch will have a larger screen than the regular Pixel Watch 3. The smartwatch is expected to be released later this year.

The Google Pixel Watch 3 XL will have a 1.45-inch display, according to popular leaker OnLeaks. In cooperation with Android Headlines. Therefore, the smartwatch will be larger than the “regular” Pixel Watch 3, which OnLeaks recently showed images of. This smaller smartwatch should have a 1.20-inch display, just like its predecessor. This would give the XL model a roughly twenty percent larger screen.

This also translates to dimensions; The height and width of the XL should be 45mm, while the regular model will be 41mm again. The cuffs used on the XL model are also wider than before. This means that the XL bands are not compatible with regular Pixel watches and vice versa.

The design of the XL variant is similar to that of the regular Pixel Watch 3. It features a slightly thicker design than its predecessors, but there are no major design changes compared to the first two Pixel watches. Thus, the Pixel Watch 3 and Pixel Watch 3 XL will have a round display with “curved” glass and a crown on the right.

Google is expected to announce the new Pixel Watches at a hardware event later this year. The exact date of its appearance on the market is not yet known.
