This iOS 17.3 feature makes your iPhone useless to thieves: Stolen Device Protection. If you enable it, your iPhone will have an extra layer of security. Apple has yet to set a specific release date for sideloading, but we do know that the feature will be released this year. According to a well-known Apple analyst Mark Gorman We don’t have to wait much longer. Lateral loading is expected as early as the first half of 2024.

As you can see, your iPhone will get quite a few new features in the near future, but 2024 holds even more. This year we expect to see more cars supporting next-generation CarPlay. Other countries, in addition to the United States, may also receive “satellite roadside assistance”: a function that helps in the event of a car breakdown, if you do not have Wi-Fi or an Internet connection.
