Unannounced Intel Core i5-13500H and Core i7-13700H Specifications Appear – Computer – News

Specs for two unreleased Raptor Lake-H laptop processors surfaced on Geekbench. Core i5 and i7 processors have 16 and 20 threads respectively, just like their predecessors from the Alder Lake series. CPUs are expected this year.

Laptop CPU Specifications Posted on Twitter by hardwareleaker momomo_us, Note Tom’s Hardware. Core i5-13500H has twelve cores and sixteen threads. This means that a Core i5 model should have four P-cores and eight E-cores. The i7 variant has fourteen cores and twenty threads, which is equivalent to six P cores and eight E cores. CPUs tested with integrated Xe GPU and 32GB of memory.

The base numbers shown are the same as the current Core i5-12500H and Core i7-12700H. Intel has doubled the amount of cores in its Raptor Lake desktop CPUs, including the Core i5 and i7 models, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with these laptop models.

CPUs should benefit from other improvements that Intel made to Raptor Lake. For example, Intel has increased the size of the L2 and L3 cache with the new generation of processors. The P and E cores have also been improved and clocked higher, and the improved Intel 7 process should provide better performance per watt.

It is not yet known exactly when the Raptor Lake laptop processors will appear. However, this has not yet happened this year; Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger previously confirmed that these CPUs Release before the end of 2022.
