Thunderful Games has announced SteamWorld Build, an upcoming city builder in the SteamWorld series. The game will be released later this year for PC, current and last generation consoles. No specific release date has been announced.

SteamWorld Build will be the fifth game in the SteamWorld franchise. The game will be released simultaneously for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch in 2023. Thunder also brings released a demo of the game on Steam. Build will also be the first 3D game in the franchise; The previous titles all featured 2D graphics.
