It was recently announced that Karl Urban (boys) is in the running to play Johnny Cage in the expected sequel to the 2021 Mortal Kombat reboot. Now The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that another beloved character has been cast.
In addition to characters like Shao Kahn and Johnny Cage, Jade also made her debut in Mortal Kombat 2.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tati Gabrielle is in talks to play the role. Gabrielle is best known for her role as Marian Bellamy on the hit Netflix series You.
She also starred in another movie adaptation last year unknown With Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg.
