Warning: This article contains spoilers about Episode 5 of The perfect picture.
In the fifth episode, a helicopter flight awaits the candidates. For some of them, especially Juvat Westendorp, this is a dream come true. And others, especially Georgina, are waiting with trembling knees. “I’ve often had a nightmare about it,” the actress said.
Finally, Georgina entered the helicopter with a new reluctance and after a number of encouraging words from her close friend Patrick Martins – with the door open. You can see from her face how terrified she is. “How embarrassing it was to cry like a little girl,” she later recalls. Once she hits the air, it takes a while for Georgina to calm down, but in the end she takes a beautiful photo that is rewarded with a 7.
On the other hand, Bridget Masland had absolutely no fear in the helicopter, and thus had the inner calm to take a beautiful photo, as Judges Cynthia Ball and William Rutten ruled. They were stunned by the photo that Bridget submitted and gave her the first 10 photos of the season.
Bridget fired immediately. Her first reaction was “No! Really? Wow! I have to cry right away.” Later she said, “This is one of the best days of my life. I love this so much.”
This isn’t the first time Georgina has been under a lot of stress during recordings. I previously described it all as “a lot of misery”. Tell us more about it in the video below.
