At least six Palestinians were killed in an Israeli raid on the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank. Their ages range from 22 to 49 years, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. At least 16 Palestinians were also injured.

On the Israeli side, four were wounded. Among the dead, according to the Israeli military, was a member of Hamas suspected of shooting two brothers in a Jewish settlement near Hawara a week and a half ago.

Yesterday, the Israeli occupation forces surrounded a house in the city of Jenin, killing the suspected gunman. The army also said it captured two of its sons in a simultaneous raid on the nearby city of Nablus.

Revenge to shoot

Last week, in revenge for the killing of the two brothers, Israeli settlers attacked Palestinians in Hawara, also setting buildings and cars on fire.

Last night, a rocket was fired from the Gaza Strip towards Israel. Then the air raid alert went off and people headed for shelters. According to the Israeli military, it appears that the missile did not fall on Israeli territory, but rather in Gaza itself.

More than 60 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli army this year, according to the Associated Press news agency. Palestinians have killed 14 Israelis in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, according to the Associated Press. According to Reuters, 70 Palestinians and 13 Israelis have been killed this year.
