A woman has filed a lawsuit against rapper T.I. and his wife, Tameka Harris, for sexual assault. The woman says she was abused by the couple in 2005 Rolling Stone.

According to the complaint, the woman met the couple at a club, where Harris gave her a drink that may have been laced with something. Eventually, the woman ended up with the couple in their hotel room. Tee and Harris began having sex, but the woman became ill and lost consciousness. She later woke up in severe pain.

These allegations are very similar to a previous complaint against the couple from 2021. Prosecutors did not pursue the case at the time because the alleged abuse would have ended.

The new charges were filed under the Sexual Assault Accountability and Coverup Act. This law allows sexual misconduct lawsuits to be filed, even though it has already expired.
