Giel Beelen can be heard every business day from Monday 4 October with his show Giel (BNNVARA) from 10pm to midnight. Desiree van der Heiden offers the new DagNacht (PowNed) early morning program Tuesday through Friday, 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. Van der Heiden, currently on NPO 3FM, begins Tuesday, October 19 on NPO Radio 2. Wouter van der Goes and Frank van ‘t Hof will kick off their fun weekend from Friday October 8.
“Radio NPO 2 still sounds familiar and at the same time we are creating a new space for talent. Music will dominate the weekend more, while our DJs will continue to monitor what is happening in the world,” says Peter de Vries, Director of NPO Radio 2.
Ruud de Wild returns to the channel on Monday 4 October as presenter De Wild in the afternoon (KRO-NCRV), Monday through Thursday between 4 and 6 pm. Wouter van der Goes and Frank van ‘t Hof will be doing Wout & Frank (BNNVARA) every Friday starting October 8th. From 4pm to 8pm they present the “ultimate weekend program where everyone shines”. Gijs Staverman will then play the best disco music for two hours during the Stavermans Disco (KRO-NCRV). Eddy Keur presents the new music show Eddy Nachtwacht (PowNed) at night from Friday to Saturday, from 00:00 to 02:00.
Tea Kruger and Murad Al Wukili (BNNVARA) moves into Saturday evening and can be heard during NPO Radio 2 Soul Night from 18.00 to 20.00.
The VrijZaZo Show (Friday, Saturday and Sunday 2pm-4pm) will be followed by Paul! (Aphrotros) with Paul Rappering. On Sunday, Frank van ‘t Hof will exchange the Royal Purveyor of Love for Het Platenpaleis (BNNVARA), October 10 from 12:00 to 14:00. Martine ten Klooster goes from Sunday evening to Sunday afternoon, with the Martine In De Middag (EO) music program, 4-6pm.
On Sunday evening, Leo Blokhuis (BNNVARA) can be heard from 18.00 to 21.00. The album show will be broadcast with Corné Klijn (AVROTROS) from 9 pm to midnight. In the evenings from Sunday to Monday, Jeroen van Inkel offers Van Inkels Choice (BNNVARA) for three hours from 00:00, followed by Wild Growth (BNNVARA) with Evert Duipmans and Jeroen Mulder until 06:00.
