Giuliani to pay $148 million in election fraud

Because of his claims, the former New York mayor allegedly defamed two poll workers. Giuliani has said he will appeal the verdict.

Giuliani accused the pair, mother and daughter, of helping to manipulate the election results. For example, there were allegations of ballot tampering during elections. After his speech, women received death threats. As a result, they would have suffered reputational and emotional damage.

In response, Giuliani called the ruling “ridiculous.” He says he will “definitely” appeal.
