For the first time, someone can be held responsible for the fatal shooting accident on a movie set Hello, in which actor Alec Baldwin plays a role. Assistant director David Holes accepted the charges. Photographer Helena Hutchins, 42, was killed in the accident.
Holz was charged with negligent or unsafe use of a firearm during the October 2021 incident. He appeared in Santa Fe courthouse around Friday. US media reported that although he did not literally say he was guilty of the crime, he did not contest the charges.
