First person convicted of fatal shooting in Rust |  Movies and TV shows

For the first time, someone can be held responsible for the fatal shooting accident on a movie set Hello, in which actor Alec Baldwin plays a role. Assistant director David Holes accepted the charges. Photographer Helena Hutchins, 42, was killed in the accident.
