Smartphone leaker Evan Blass has shared almost all the specs and marketing materials for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6. Both foldable phones will be lighter and have longer battery life than their predecessors, according to Blass.

According to reports, the Galaxy Z Fold6 will have a 7.6-inch display on the inside and a 6.3-inch display on the outside. the edge According to leaked information, the brightness of this screen can be adjusted much higher than its predecessor, i.e. 2600 cd/m.2in contrast to 1750 cd/m2.2 On the Fold5. The main screen resolution has also been slightly modified. On the Fold5, the resolution was 2176×1812, while the new resolution is 2160×1856.

When unfolded, the device measures 153.5 x 68.1 x 12.1mm and weighs 239g. That makes it 1.4mm shorter, 2.7mm wider, 0.5mm thinner, and 14g lighter than the Fold 5. When folded, the phone is 1mm wider and 1.3mm thinner.

Although the battery capacity remains unchanged at 4,400mAh, the battery should last an hour longer when using the internet alone and two hours longer when watching videos. Inside is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

The mentioned specifications are in line with the Fold6 specifications mentioned above that were leaked by SmartPrix. According to this information, the Fold6, like the Fold5, will have 12GB of memory and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

The Flip6 primarily gets camera and battery upgrades. The phone has a 50MP camera, while the Flip5 has a 12MP camera. The battery on the Flip5 was still 3,700mAh, but it’s now 4,000mAh. Inside is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and 12GB of RAM, up from 8GB previously.

The phone’s form factor remains largely the same. The Flip6 has the same screen dimensions as the Flip5, a 6.7-inch main display and a 3.4-inch secondary display. However, this secondary display is now an IPS display, instead of OLED. The dimensions are also largely unchanged except that when folded, the phone is 0.2mm thinner than its predecessor.

Both phones are expected to be announced on July 10 in Paris during Samsung’s Unpacked event.
