Smartphone leaker Evan Blass has shared the possible specifications of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 soc. The chipset is baked on a 4nm process and you get a Kyro CPU with some cores running at 2.2GHz. It is not clear when the slides will be released.
The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 will receive an Adreno GPU, although it is not yet clear how many cores this mobile phone has and how fast it should be. Devices with this chipset will include a USB-C port that supports USB 3.1. Manufacturers can only use lp-ddr5 memory modules with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and install a maximum of 12GB of RAM. The chip is baked with a 4nm process from an unnamed chip factory. It is not clear when Qualcomm will introduce Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 soc.
