Bethesda delays Starfield release until September 6th – Games – News

Bethesda Game Studios is releasing its highly anticipated space RPG Starfield on September 6th. Last year, the developer, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2020, announced that Starfield will launch in the first half of 2023.

on his website Bethesda writes Starfield will be released exclusively for Xbox Series X | S and PC on September 6, as well as Xbox Game Pass. Due to Microsoft’s acquisition of Bethesda in 2020, the game is an Xbox exclusive and will not be released for PlayStation consoles.

Not only does the video include a brief statement from Howard announcing the event, thanking players for their feedback and enthusiasm, and highlighting the company’s commitment to Starfield. The first half of the video contains a short teaser with some stills from the game engine.

Starfield was previously scheduled to be released on November 11, 2022, but in May of last year it became clear that did not materialize and the developer indicated that Starfield had been pushed back to the first half of 2023. A new release date was not mentioned after that.
