Chen Jin, general manager of Lenovo’s Chinese mobile arm, says his company is working on a successor to the Motorola razr. It seems that the smartphone is mainly getting general improvements and should appear first in China.
New razr phone should get faster community, better interface and different design, The manager writes on Weibo. No further details have been given yet. It is also not clear when the new foldable phone will appear.
Lenovo launched the latest razr phones last September, RAZR 5G. This smartphone has a 6.2-inch screen on the inside of the fold that opens into an elongated smartphone, and on the outside there’s a 2.7-inch screen for reading notifications, for example. This phone got the Snapdragon 765 and cost 1499 euros. The first razr smartphone appeared earlier that year.
