With the new approach, the government wants to avoid forced mobilization in case of shortage of personnel. This will not only create great fear but also encourage corruption. Local authorities will arrange fee waiver documents.

America wants to clear doubts about support
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the foreign ministers of NATO member states will meet in Brussels. During those sessions, the US and NATO will underline their support for Ukraine. The US State Department announced this on Monday.
“This is part of the process of making room for Ukraine within the alliance, because that’s where Ukraine’s future lies,” said James O’Brien, the US State Department’s ambassador to Europe.
