Seven Must Watch Games of the 2022 NFL Season

Now that the 2022 regular season is out, it’s time to start making some NFL predictions for the upcoming season. The entire season is expected to bring some drama and excitement, but there are always some games that stand out more than the rest.

The NFL continues to do a great job of setting up some interesting matchups, and that will be the case in 2022 as well. You could go through the schedule each week and find at least one or two games that stand out, but some games take on another level.

BetUS will have all of the betting options for each game, but there are seven games that will draw extra attention. Here are the seven must watch games of the 2022 NFL season.

Week 1: Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Rams

The NFL always likes to kick off each season in a big way, and one of the best games of the year could take place on Opening Night. The betting odds are already available at BetUS for a huge matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams.

There is a very good chance that this could be a potential Super Bowl preview, and it’s a battle of two of the best teams in the league. Buffalo should win the AFC East again this season, and the Rams will be a favorite in the NFC West.

Both teams have explosive offenses, but the Bills and Rams also feature terrific defense as well. This game will be a battle.

Week 1: Denver Broncos at Seattle Seahawks

Quarterback Russell Wilson will be making his first start with the Denver Broncos in Week 1, and it will come in a place that he is familiar with. Wilson won’t have to wait long to make his return to Seattle as the NFL has given him that opportunity in Week 1.

You can expect a warm reception for Wilson from the crowd, but the Seahawks defense won’t be so giving. There are some big expectations for the Broncos this season, and this game will be their first chance to see if they can match the hype.

Week 3: Green Bay Packers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This Week 3 matchup could be the final time that Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady face off against each other, but it could also be a potential playoff preview. The Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are both Super Bowl contenders this season, and this game could be a battle.

When Rodgers and Brady are on the field together, it’s simply a game that you don’t want to miss.

Week 4: Kansas City Chiefs at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Kansas City Chiefs will be looking for some revenge against the Buccaneers as they head to Tampa Bay in Week 4. Both teams had a disappointing end to the 2021 season, and this game will be extremely important.

Can the Chiefs offense finally figure out the pass rush of Tampa Bay?

Week 10: Washington Commanders at Philadelphia Eagles

Any game between Washington in Philadelphia could be considered a must watch as this is one of the best rivalries in the NFL. The Week 10 matchup in 2022 will get some additional juice as Carson Wentz will be under center for the Commanders as he makes his return to Philadelphia.

Both teams have some serious question marks in 2022, but both could be a playoff contender as well. Beyond the Wentz storyline, this should be a battle against two strong teams.

Week 17: Los Angeles Rams at Los Angeles Chargers

The Rams currently own Los Angeles as they are the reigning Super Bowl champions. The Chargers are a team that could win a Super Bowl in the near future as well, and they have gotten a ton better this offseason.

This is a rivalry that could start to heat up over the next couple of years as well, and this matchup in Week 17 could be a battle of playoff teams.

Week 17: Buffalo Bills at Cincinnati Bengals

Assuming that neither team is able to rest its starters in Week 17 then there could be a massive battle taking place in Cincinnati. The Bengals will be hosting the Buffalo Bills and both teams could be in a position to clinch a playoff spot.

If you are a fan of offense then this will the game to watch as it might take 40 points to win this game. Both teams feature young quarterbacks and each team has plenty of offensive weapons.
