Listening Numbers for Week 20: JOE’s revival was short-lived, and Quinn and Sander haven’t caught up yet

Listening Numbers for Week 20: JOE's revival was short-lived, and Quinn and Sander haven't caught up yet

In the second week of the new morning program Quinn and Sander In JOE, the station lost a lot of market share, 0.7%, despite a massive poster campaign throughout the Netherlands for the boys. The station staff will say “All of this has been taken into account” and that “Quinn and Sander start off quietly, low key.” Something that has been done many times on the morning show floor, if you are going to advertise, you have to make sure that your product stands out and that people are pleasantly surprised, don’t think about ‘more of the same’.

Fortunately, DPG’s hitting machine remains QMusicis still standing, has increased its market share by 1.4% and is the leader in reaching people in week 20. This appears to be at the expense of Radio 538, which, despite significant growth in listening numbers, decreased 5 minutes of listening time, and thus its market share also decreased by 0.6%. Fortunately, the holiday was over and listening behavior had returned more or less to normal.

Sky Radio We did well again last week, increasing listening time, market share and reach. They also surpassed 4 million listeners again. Major Talpa Radio 10 Listening time decreases but reach increases so that it remains the same market share, whether or not it is due to the hype surrounding Rob van Someren.
