Windows 11 may only support Wi-Fi 7 after 24H2 update

I agree with you. Look, sometimes I tell people, rationally, that the EOL of 2025 is normal. (10 years) Additionally, Windows 10 was already a free upgrade if you owned Windows 7, 8, or 8.1. I have been able to use the system for a very long time.

But there are a lot of people with 6th or 7th gen i3/i5/i7, which are just outside the range but still very smooth, especially for home/garden/kitchen use. So these people can use it for a shorter period of time.

And yes, you can create a stick with bypassing the CPU requirements, for example. But both on the internet, what MS itself says, my experience is that it doesn’t go without a hitch. For example, you have to take stability issues into account. I installed the audio driver, but the sound didn’t work. I also couldn’t install major major updates unless I created a custom stick again. This might be great for a Tweaker, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a John (unless you want them to knock on your door every time)

By the way, my main system is an i5 8400 with an MSI B360 a pro, which meets the CPU requirements, rpm 2.0 requirements, etc. But for example, I also have an i3 6100 system that doesn’t meet the requirements.
