Tweakers Podcast #333 – RIP Chromecast, lukewarm Ryzens, and used Teslas – Picture & Sound – .Geeks

I can answer that in two ways.

Own experience (observation, subjective):
I have experience with both the Polestar 2 and Tesla model 3.
Driving pleasure is not just a question, the Polestar stands out head and shoulders.
– The build materials are also much better and more solid in the Polestar, especially since the interior doesn’t feel so cheap, and everything isn’t finished in cheap plastic. The finish is nice and there are no squeaks or creaks. This is especially nice for the more luxurious packages with Nappa leather seats, etc. (but you can also make this case for the Model 3).
– Maintenance, no idea. I take it to the rental dealer once a year for inspection. Tesla 3 no opinion, very short experience with it.

News/Around the World:

– Tesla: “Tesla’s Model Y: America’s Most Memorable Car of the Past Decade.”… “Tesla’s Model 3, X, and S occupy four of the top five spots in the iSeeCars survey.” And if you look back, you’ll find occasional serious safety system flaws (including faulty seat belt installations). source.

Polestar: In history, I only know of 3 recalls, and none of them were serious. source

NB:: Of course, many Teslas have been sold worldwide. This can give a somewhat distorted picture, but it is difficult to estimate how much this means for the recalls.
