While the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 6.79-inch display, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a 6.86-inch display. Which – which Reports The device is a bit narrower, measuring 77.6mm wide, according to popular leaker Ice Universe. Its predecessor is 79mm wide. This should make it a bit easier to hold, which is a plus for users who often like to operate their phones with one hand.

Samsung has also done a lot of work on the bezels of the display. Ice Universe says that the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s bezels are much thinner than those of the S24 Ultra. The device has just 2.3mm of bezels around the display, which is a full millimeter thinner than the S24 Ultra. This means that users will enjoy a nearly borderless display experience. The phone also has rounded corners, a sharp contrast to the right-angled corners of its predecessor.

Faster chip, better cameras

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. The powerful chip, made by TSMC, features two CPU cores clocked at a maximum speed of 4GHz, and six power-efficient cores, each clocked at 2.8GHz. Additionally, the new Adreno 8 GPU is expected to offer a 40 percent performance boost over the current generation.

Samsung also doesn’t disappoint when it comes to the cameras. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a quad-camera setup, with a 200MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and two 50MP telephoto lenses with 3x and 5x optical zoom. On the front, the phone gets a 12MP selfie camera. The battery remains unchanged at 5,000mAh, and can be charged at 45W.

The Galaxy S25 series still has some time to wait. The presentation is likely to take place in January 2025. In the fall of this year, Samsung will debut the Galaxy S24 FE.
