The full lineup of Intel Lunar Lake laptop processors appears online – Computer – News

VideoCardz has published the full lineup of Intel’s upcoming Core Ultra 200V laptop processors based on the Lunar Lake architecture. The chipmaker is coming with a total of nine different SKUs. The CPUs will be available later this year.

Intel comes with four different CPUs in the Core Ultra 5 and Core Ultra 7 series built on Lunar Lake. VideoCardz source said. There will be one distinct model branded as Core Ultra 9. CPUs differ mainly in terms of boost clocks, amount of RAM, GPU computing power, and integrated GPU. According to VideoCardz, all processors have the same number of cores, namely four P cores and four E cores. CPUs are mainly targeted at laptops with low power consumption.

The top model in the Core Ultra 200V series, the Core Ultra 9 288V, has PL1 and PL2 powers of 30W, according to information from VideoCardz. It will be the only CPU to have such TDPs; The PL1 will be limited to 17W along with the rest of the Lunar Lake lineup. The Core Ultra 9 variant achieves boosted clocks of up to 5.1GHz on the P cores and 3.7GHz on the more efficient E cores.

Furthermore, Intel equips its Core Ultra 200V processors with 16GB or 32GB of Lpddr5x memory. Unlike previous CPUs, working memory is integrated into the CPU package. This also means that the ram cannot be replaced. Processors with “8” as the last digit in the model name get 32GB of Lpddr5x-8533 memory, while CPU model names ending with “6” get 16GB of memory.

Lunar Lake CPUs can also be equipped with two different types of IPUs and NPUs. The top-placed Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 9 models get an Arc 140V GPU with eight Xe2 cores. These chips also get one Neural processing unit With 47 or 48 peaks of AI computing power. The Core Ultra 5 variants get an Arc 130V GPU with seven cores and an NPU with 40Tops.

Intel is expected to announce the Core Ultra 200V CPUs in mid-September. The manufacturer already shared more details about the Lunar Lake core architecture during Computex earlier this month. This showed that Intel has a CPU chip manufactured by TSMC. Additionally, the architecture no longer supports Hyperthreading.
