Software Update: VirtualBox 7.0.20 – Computer – Downloads

VirtualBox logo (105px) Oracle has released the 10th update to VirtualBox version 7.0. VirtualBox can be used to install other operating systems in a virtual environment on your computer. This makes it possible to use different operating systems on the same hardware side by side and at the same time. VirtualBox is available for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Solaris, and is capable of many features Guest Operating Systems For wrapping. The following changes and improvements have been made in version 7.0.20:

This is a maintenance release. The following items have been fixed and/or added:

  • TPM: Fixed errors in Event Viewer with Windows Guests
  • macOS Hosts: Fixed USB devices being passed to the virtual machine (bug #21218)
  • Audio: Fixed recording with HDA emulation after rebooting newer Windows 10/11 guests
  • USB: Fixed a deadlock in OHCI that would be triggered when saving the current state of a VM or taking a snapshot (bug #22059)
  • Linux Guest and Host: Initial support for OpenSuse 15.6 kernel
  • Linux Guest and Host: Initial support for RHEL 9.5 kernel (bug #22099)
  • Guest Additions: Shared Clipboard: Fixed an issue when pasting extra newlines when copying text between Win and X11 (bug #21716)
  • UEFI Secure Boot: Add new Microsoft certificates to new virtual machine list
