The Russian Foreign Ministry has summoned US Ambassador Lynn Tracy over Ukraine’s invasion of Crimea. Moscow has held the US directly responsible for the ATACMS missile attack, which reportedly killed at least four people, including two children, and injured 151 others. “Such actions by Washington will not go unanswered,” the ministry said in a statement.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, flight coordinates of ATACMS missiles were planned by US experts and guided based on information from US spy satellites and a nearby US spy drone. And Washington must take direct responsibility for this attack.
